Whole Body Fuel is Florida’s premier, 5-star meal prep delivery service. Our team creates and delivers fresh, healthy, chef-made meals to your front door each week. All of our meals are fresh and never frozen! Every week, we post a varied and creative new menu curated by Culinary Institute of American graduate chef Brian Adamo and our in-house dietary and nutrition specialist. Together, we collaborate on menus to fit any lifestyle, such as Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Athlete, Signature, and coming soon…Pescatarian.
Whole Body Fuel is a subscription-based service. Every Wednesday, your card will be auto charged for the meals being delivered that coming Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

Should you decide not to pick and choose your own meals, you will receive one each of the menu items offered for the purchased pack size and meal plan type.
We deliver everywhere in the state of Florida. Local deliveries within 50 miles of the Tampa Bay Area are delivered on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Shipments being sent outside of the Tampa Bay Area will ship overnight Thursday to arrive on Friday or overnight Monday to arrive on Tuesday.

Deliveries arrive on SATURDAY, SUNDAY, and MONDAY. *(Tuesday deliveries available contingent on zip code and availability).
Every week, we send our deliveries out on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. If your delivery address is within a 50-mile radius of the Tampa Bay Area, your meals will arrive in insulated cooler bags lined with large gel ice packs to keep them fresh and chilled. Once your order leaves our facility for delivery, you will receive an email sent to the email address associated with your account. After the delivery is complete, our driver will take a picture of the completed delivery and send it to the cell phone number associated with your account.
Skipping billing cycles/delivery dates is easy! Just log in to the customer portal on the top right hand of our homepage and select which weeks you would like not to receive meals/get charged. Should you need assistance with modifying your account, you are welcome to utilize the customer portal, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us directly at (813) 758-6648.
On the evening before your delivery, we ask you to put out your empty delivery bags in front of your door where you receive your weekly deliveries. When our drivers come to deliver your fresh set of meals, they will retrieve the previous weeks delivery bags that you have left
We ask that you recycle and reuse items whenever possible. Currently, we are working on building out a recycling program internally. For now, we ask that you recycle and reuse those items accordingly!
Deactivating your account is easy! To cancel/deactivate your account, use the customer portal by Tuesday at midnight. Although you can cancel your account any day of the week, if it’s after Tuesday, you will receive your last delivery on that coming SAT/SUN/MON. Upon checkout on our website, you will see an area to type in food omissions or dislikes. Once you update a food omission or dislike to your account, any meals containing ingredients you don’t like will be swapped out for other meals.
