Whole Body Fuel is Florida’s premier, 5-star meal prep delivery service. Our team creates and delivers fresh, healthy, chef-made meals to your front door each week. All of our meals are fresh! Every week, we post a varied and creative new menu curated by Culinary Institute of America graduate chef Brian Adamo and our in-house dietary and nutrition specialist. Together, we collaborate on menus to fit any lifestyle, such as Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Athlete, Signature, and coming soon…Pescatarian.
Whole Body Fuel is a subscription-based service. Every Monday, your card will be auto charged for the meals being delivered that coming scheduled delivery.
YES, YOU CAN! :) Should you wish to pick and choose your own meals from our available menu items, feel free to send us an email in the following format every Monday by 12:00.

Should you decide not to pick and choose your own meals, you will receive one each of the menu items offered for the purchased pack size and meal plan type.
Currently, we are shipping throughout the State of Florida. If you are in the Tampa Bay area, we deliver using our in-house drivers on Sunday or Monday. If you are outside of our local delivery range, we use a combination of our own in-house drivers and or Fedex. Please check with a customer service representative to find out which days and delivery methods are available in your area. If you are within our local delivery area, you can be hand delivered using our in house drivers. These meals are shipped in insulated cooler bags with ice packs. You will receive a picture text message sent to the cell phone associated with your account once the delivery has been completed. *Please bring your meals inside immediately and refrigerate to ensure freshness.
*Please note: Whole Body Fuel is not responsible for meals not taken inside and refrigerated immediately after completion of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee an exact time your meals will be delivered. If your meals are being shipped via Fedex you can use the tracking number provided via email once your order is placed.

Skipping billing cycles/delivery dates is easy! Just log in to the customer portal on the top right hand of our homepage and select which weeks you would like not to receive meals/get charged. Should you need assistance with modifying your account, you are welcome to utilize the customer portal, email us at info@wholebodyfuel.com, or call us directly at (813) 758-6648.
Deactivating your account is easy! To cancel/deactivate your account, use the customer portal by Sunday at 5:00PM. Although you can cancel your account any day of the week, if you have a live and purchased order, pending delivery– will receive that final and last delivery on the delivery day you have set up in our system before your account is closed fully. By default, many of our ingredients are organic. We are not able to source organic ingredients 100% of the time and for that reason we do not claim to be a fully organic meal prep delivery service. That being said, chef Adamo refuses to have anything other than high quality ingredients which he and his culinary team source personally.
At Whole Body Fuel we strive to source local and organic ingredients in peak condition, whenever possible unfortunately that is not always possible due to trade and market conditions. One thing is for sure though–you can always expect high quality meats, produce and local sourced ingredients. These special steps make Whole Body Fuel an industry leader in taste and quality.
Yes of course! All of our meals come with an FDA compliant nutrition label.
Upon checkout on our website, you will see an area to type in food omissions or dislikes. Once you update a food omission or dislike to your account, any meals containing ingredients you don’t like will be swapped out for other meals.
Almost all of our products are vacuum sealed for maximum freshness! That being said, make sure you vent 2 corners of the plastic film before microwaving so that it's easier to peel off and enjoy.
