There is a $12.00 reoccurring delivery charge - assessed each week - per order. Deliveries will be made every SUNDAY and as fulfilled as late as Wednesday every week. All meals should be refrigerated immediately as they are made fresh and contain no preservatives. Our custom cooler bags and ice packs ensure that your food will stay fresh for up to 4 hours before refrigeration.
Our team at Whole Body Fuel is dedicated to delivering your weekly fresh meals every Sunday. While we take all steps to ensure that your food is delivered on Sunday, there are certain things that are out of our control that may affect delivery (i.e. Extreme weather, flooding, car trouble, traffic, technical difficulties, etc.).
COOLER BAG POLICY
All Whole Body Fuel meals will be delivered to you in our custom cooler bags with icepacks to ensure freshness during delivery. Please leave your empty cooler bags with icepacks outside on your front doorstep the night before your next delivery. In the event that cooler bags are not returned after three (3) attempts your account will automatically be charged $10.00 per cooler bag. In the event that you cancel your account a representative at Whole Body Fuel will contact you to retrieve the cooler bags in order to avoid a $10.00 per bag replacement fee. The fee of $10.00 per bag will be charged after the third attempt to collect the cooler bags.
Upon signing up for a meal plan of any size with Whole Body Fuel, your account will automatically be placed on a billing cycle that will charge your account on a weekly basis every WEDNESDAY. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. We do not accept cash or checks as a form of payment. All payments must be received by the Wednesday prior to the week in which you wish to receive your meals.
All Whole Body Fuel subscriptions will auto-renew each week unless cancelled by the consumer. If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription you may do so on the “My Account” section of the web site. If your cancellation is not received by the date of the billing cycle (every Wednesday morning), your account will automatically be charged for the following week and you will be obligated to continue service through the subsequent cycle there will be no refunds, transfers or exchanges of any kind. By submitting your credit card details and making any purchase via Wholebodyfuel.com the card holder and recipient both agree to our billing policy and terms of service. Once Whole Body Fuel has fulfilled any order, there will be no refunds, transfers or exchanges of any kind and there are no exceptions.
If any issues arise while processing payments a Whole Body Fuel representative will contact you to resolve this issue. If Whole Body Fuel is unable to get into contact with you and unable to process your payment the order for that coming week will be cancelled. Any unpaid balances will be sent to a 3rd party collections company.
